ChooseMyCrew provides software that helps customers describe projects and independent Crews submit bids. ChooseMyCrew is not a party to contracts between users, does not employ or supervise Crews, and does not guarantee, endorse, certify, or warrant a user, bid, credential, price, schedule, or result.

Unless a future feature expressly says otherwise, project payments occur directly between customers and Crews. ChooseMyCrew does not hold project funds in escrow, set project prices, or resolve payment obligations. Stripe processes ChooseMyCrew subscription charges only.

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, secure your credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate others, scrape the service, evade limits, interfere with security, or misuse another person’s data.

You grant ChooseMyCrew the limited rights needed to host and display content for operating the marketplace. You remain responsible for content you provide.

Customers must evaluate bids and verify identity, licensing, insurance, references, scope, permits, and safety practices before hiring. Meet safely and avoid sharing sensitive information unnecessarily. Report suspected fraud, threats, or unsafe conduct to support and contact emergency services when immediate danger exists.

Customers and Crews are responsible for resolving project, workmanship, payment, scheduling, property damage, injury, and contract disputes directly. ChooseMyCrew may provide records or moderate marketplace access but is not an arbitrator and is not obligated to mediate.

We may suspend access for abuse, risk, or legal compliance. You may delete your account through settings. Deletion does not cancel obligations to other users, and limited records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. The service may change or be unavailable and is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by law, ChooseMyCrew disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for user conduct, project performance, indirect damages, or losses outside its reasonable control. Counsel will set the governing law, venue, liability cap, dispute procedure, and any legally required consumer exceptions before commercial launch.
