Crew Terms

Each Crew is an independent business. Nothing creates employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture, or authority to bind ChooseMyCrew. Crews control whether to bid, pricing, staffing, tools, methods, schedules, taxes, and performance.

Crews are solely responsible for maintaining every license, registration, permit, bond, insurance policy, qualification, and legal requirement applicable to their services and locations. Profile fields are self-reported unless expressly marked verified; ChooseMyCrew does not endorse a Crew or guarantee credentials.

Bids must be accurate, made in good faith, and identify material assumptions, exclusions, pricing, timing, and inspection needs. Any project contract is directly between the Crew and customer. The Crew is responsible for workmanship, employees and subcontractors, safety, property protection, warranties, collections, refunds, and disputes.

The Crew owner controls membership and business access and must remove access promptly when a person leaves. Invitees accept these Crew Terms when joining. Shared sign-in identities may have separate ChooseMyCrew account records; deleting one Crew does not delete another active account.

Crew subscription fees purchase platform access, not leads, project awards, endorsement, or exclusivity. Crews may not manipulate bids, misrepresent experience, harass customers, bypass security, misuse customer information, or move interactions off-platform to evade applicable platform rules.

ChooseMyCrew may limit or suspend a Crew for risk, complaints, unlawful conduct, or policy violations. Crew deletion does not eliminate project or payment obligations. Crews must address customer disputes directly and cooperate with lawful investigations and reasonable safety reviews.
