Privacy Policy

We collect account and contact details, project descriptions and photos, bids, Crew business and credential information, communications, transaction and subscription records, consent records, device and security data, and support requests.

We receive some information directly from you and some automatically when you use the service, including IP-derived abuse-prevention records stored only as keyed hashes.

We use information to operate the marketplace, match customers and Crews, provide accounts and support, process subscriptions, send service messages, prevent abuse, secure the platform, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Service providers may process data for us, including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, and storage), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Google Maps Platform (address and place services), and Cloudflare (bot and abuse protection).

We may also disclose information to customers or Crews as needed for a marketplace transaction, to professional advisers, in a business transfer, or when required to protect rights, safety, or comply with law. We do not authorize processors to use data for unrelated purposes.

We retain information for as long as an account or marketplace relationship is active and afterward as reasonably needed for disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, and backups. Anonymous drafts and abandoned uploads expire automatically. We use access controls, private storage, encryption in transit, logging, and data minimization, but no system is perfectly secure.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Account deletion is available in account settings; some records may be retained when law or legitimate dispute and security needs require it. Contact support to exercise a right or appeal a response.
